Heather is a barrister at Pump Court Chambers. She is a specialist in employment and discrimination law. Heather acts for both Claimants and Respondents and accepts instructions from solicitors, professional clients and from members of the public under the Bar's Public Access Scheme
Heather has a particular interest in discrimination cases and has acted in high value cases for and against large organisations and public bodies including Primary Care Trusts, Councils and Police Forces. Heather often acts in cases with an element of personal injury and in particular has experience of stress and bullying at work cases, whistleblowing to the Health and Safety Executive and claims brought under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Heather was called to the Bar in 2002 and is an expert in law relating to employment and discrimination.
She is a popular lecturer in employment and discrimination law at a London University and a member of the Free Representation Unit, ELAAS and the Bar Pro Bono Unit. Heather is a member of the ELBA and the ELA.
