The ET1 form is how the employee or claimant starts their case.  This document should set out all the legal allegations and the facts on which the employee relies.  It is the most important document in the case and very important to get it right first time.  There are very short limitation periods in employment tribunals so it is crucial to take advice early.  Please contact me to draft your ET1.

The ET3 form is the employer's or respondent's answer to the claimant's case.  There is a 28 day time limit.  The ET3 is of huge tactical importance: get a professional to do this rather than risk getting it wrong.  Please contact me to draft your ET3.
